4 Random Questions
Hi there. It has been a while. I have been hitting the gym pretty hard the past few days so I am completley wiped out and too tired to think.. So, instead of posting a normal entry here are 4 random questions for you guys. Feel free to answer any or all of them 
1)
The weirdest thing happened the other day. I was chilling at my chicks house and half jokingly I am like, “Can you make me some pancakes”. She obliges. I eat the pancakes..
I thought it might just be a Japanese thing so I asked my American boss whether his wife is the same and he answered yes. However, suprisingly he also said that he is the same..
I decided to ask a few more people at work just to make sure that I was not going crazy but they all answered yes as well. This left me in a state of confusion. The funny thing is that they all gave the same answer:
“You are going to put maple syrup on it..”
I dunno, but that might be the most ridiculous thing that I have heard in my life. Like seriously how can you make pancakes and not use sugar? My head is spinning even trying to fathom this.
What about you guys? Are you normal like me and put sugar in your pancake mix? Or are you making sugarless pancakes…? If you are kind enough to answer please let me know what country you are from and your favorite color.

There is a place I go to eat Spanish cuisine for lunch. They have a dish that I really like. I really wanna know the recipe so I can make it at home every day. Has anybody ever asked a restaurant to sell/tell them the recipe of a dish?
If so how did you ask?
How much did you offer?
What sort of answer did you get?
If you own/owned a restaurant would you sell your recipies?
3)
You are on a train and the person next to you is sleeping. The sleeping person starts resting their head on your shoulder.
Do you leave it there and let them sleep on your shoulder?
Do you push their head away?
Do you move forward and make them fall over?
Does your answer change if they are a hot person of the opposite sex?
4)
You have to get a tattoo on your right arm. What do you get done?

1. I’ve made it both ways, but I prefer it without sugar. Because I usually use maple syrup. I’m from Canada, so using maple syrup is a given
2. You can politely ask, sometimes their willing to give it to you. If not, you have to search for the recipe online and experiment with them, until you find one you like.
3. I try to gentle move it away. Unless they’re a hot female
4. I haven’t the slightest clue. Maybe something geeky, like Pac-Man chasing the ghosts

A pacman tatoo might be pretty tight. Ima google it now and see what comes up lol.

hey hey.. i know, right(?) it was a lucky find, i found others but none of them were as bright
i always take two shots when photographing a subject, just in case

1. I need sugar in my pancakes even when I know I’m going to slather it with maple syrup afterwards.
I never made a savoury pancake yet… so sugar is a must.
BTW, I’m from Malaysia and I am obsessed with Green.
2. Never - I just return to the same place over and over.
3. I’ll move forward and let them fall over. If a cute guy did that, I just wake him up. LOL
4. No idea.

1 Sugar or/and jam or/and marmelade, never maple syrup in Slovenia. It can also be some chocolate spread on your pancake or some even put hazelnuts and strawberries.
2 I think the restaurant would fear you will use or sell their recipy to some other restaurant. Would you sell yours if it’s your own and you make a living out of it?
3 This can only happen with a guy! So the answer is move forward slowly, let them fall over, in the process they will hopefully wake up. Of course if ot’s a sexy girl, cress her hair, make her comfortable

1: Both! Sugar and Maple Syrup. (Sugar in the mix, NOT on top! Yuk!) I like my pancakes with fresh strawberries… I’m from London (UK) and I like Blue.
2: Find out the name of the dish in the menu, check out the recipe online! Duh!
3: Pick-pocket them! Lol! Nah, I’m kidding ya! I’d politely ask them to move… with my ELBOW of course!
4: If you ‘HAD’ to have one, that eliminates the choice factor right…!?
I’m interested in getting tattooed, but I would create the design myself…Something I’m likely not to regret 20 years from now. NO KANJI that says ‘YAKISOBA’, when the guy who wrote it told me it said ‘Gangster’ either!

1. I make pancakes with flour, egg and milk. But I do have mine with sugar sprinkled on afterwards and a squeeze of lemon juice! Maple syrup is for weirdos. Mmm, hungry.
2. I always order steak or fish and chips, so no recipe needed, haha!
3. I usually just shrug really fast until they wake up thinking there’s an earthquake.

Sugar and Maple Syrup could co-exist in my world. But I find that I drown my pancakes in so much maple syrup, I wouldn’t really notice if it didn’t have sugar in them

1. Both although we probably shouldnt be putting sugar in it if you have maple syrup its true. i like sugar and lemon juice on top of pancakes.
2. Depends on the place as to whether I would ask for the recipe. I never have mind you as they are too busy to do stuff like that. I would google it.
3. No this has happened to me many times on planes (must have a cuddly look about me)and I manage to wake them up by nudging them. Hate it - invasion of personal space no matter how cute they happen to be.
4. Don’t like tattoos at all - its a bit like platic surgery. Once people start they cannot stop. Look at David Beckham - he looks stupid.

The problem is the dish has a generic name. Tomatoe chicken or something lol. I didnt even try googling it…
I feel you on a tatoo you wont regret. But trying to find one is kinda hard. since something relevant now might eventually become irrelevant..

Awesome, I think so far you are the only person who would shove a cute person of the opposite sex away hehe. I used to be kind of funny about people entering my personal space. But once you get on a train in Japan you get used to it…

My mind is warped. I had no idea some people did put sugar in them. Not that I ever make them but now I not be able to decide what to do if I ever do. Good thing I love french toast, I guess.

Only had answers to the last two questions pop into my head. Heads on the shoulders is a very Japanese thing. They just let it happen. I saw it all the time. It’s part of life there. Just let it.
Get a kanji tattoo, by all means. It will mark you, as your heart has already done by your time in Nippon. Maybe get the one for older brother (o-nii-san) if you are one.

1) I just get my pancakes at a restaurant, so who knows what they make them there with. Forgot the last time I made pancakes. But hey, as long as there’s maple syrup, does it really matter what they’ve been made with?
2) Nope, why would I ask for a recipe if I can find it online? Google ftw!
3) Might as well just fall asleep also, nothing better to do.
4) Why right arm? If I ever got a tattoo, it would be full body.

1. Back home, I used to put sugar and vanilla in the mix. Here, nope.
2. I’ve heard they’re pretty protective of that stuff here.
3. First time: Soft elbow to the ribs. Second time: Hell, there’s never been a second time
4. Just get something that’ll look good if you get fat or when you get old.

1) I’m from the UK, traditionally we don’t use sugar in the actual pancake mix, but once cooked we eat them with lots of sugar and fresh lemon juice … and now I want pancakes!
2) I’ve never asked, but it couldn’t hurt to try … the worst they can do is say no
3) I would gently try to move their head away … unless it was a hot guy, then he could sleep there all day, and I’d probably try to write my phone no. on his forehead
4) I’d really like a plain, black Celtic symbol, nothing too big … but I don’t know where to put it, I want it somewhere cool and not in the usual places

Love the questions.
1. Definitely maple syrup. From the land of real maple syrup — Canada.
3. I would move forward to let it fall off. If person was dirty, I would get up and move. If the person was clean and elderly or hot I would let them snuggle in.

Any real maple syrup from Canada would work great.
It is really expensive even here (as in about 12 doll hairs for a small bottle) but it would come from Quebec.
It is worth every bite. It has to be real though, not artificial.
